Ready to try something new? Discover: Your First Wave is a fun and welcoming introduction to girls’ water polo for ages 8–16.

No previous water polo experience is needed. The main requirement is that participants are confident swimmers. Just bring your swimming kit, plenty of enthusiasm and get ready to make your first wave!
